STRATEGY

A blueprint for change.

Developing a blueprint to sustainable practices for your business can be daunting - or not.

We offer consultancy services to help you navigate these waters, and develop a plan based on outcomes you want to accomplish.

This can mean emulating nature’s strategies in business to create resilience, or applying massive change frameworks (see workshop services page for more info on these two approaches).

We encourage you to think of this process as iterative and consultative, which is why we offer a custom package for each client.

Develop a strategy with purpose

Start with dialogue

Scoping the challenge is the starting point for this process - are you trying to decrease your carbon footprint and create social value while earning a profit? Are you trying to create systemic change? We open the dialogue.

Clarify success

What does success look like to you? We help you map and measure the drivers and barriers within your organisation and market to the change you are trying to create, holding your hand each step of the journey.

Prepare the roadmap

The blueprint development process gives you a chance to incorporate the success metrics that you discover are most important - whether it means emphasising local partnerships or global collaborations.

Understanding Life-Centered Design

Developing a blueprint for your business to become environmentally sustainable takes imagination and expertise. We provide advisory on Biomimicry and Massive Change specifically - two ways of approaching challenges that embrace the complexity of today’s market and rise to the challenge of creating futures that allow nature and human beings to prosper together. We also offer Training and Workshop Services to train you and your team in working with these frameworks.

Biomimicry

Biomimicry is the emulation of nature’s form, function or system. By looking deep into Nature, we can see interconnected, networked systems and emulate strategies that have endured over billions of years; at the same time, we reconnect with ourselves and our home on Earth. Biomimicry is the antidote to despair about climate change.

Massive Change

Pioneered by Canadian Designer, Bruce Mau, Massive Change is not so much about the world of design but about the design of the world. We take you through the Incomplete Manifesto for Change, to gain an understanding of how these principles help you to unleash creativity and sustainable practices within your business and industry.
